Swordfish Steaks (2 portions, 6 ounces each)

Swordfish is a type of large predatory fish that is found in the oceans of the world. It is a highly prized seafood that is known for its firm texture, mild flavor, and meaty white flesh. Swordfish can grow up to 14 feet long and weigh over 1,000 pounds, although most commercial catches are much smaller.

Swordfish can be grilled, broiled, baked, or pan-fried. It is also a popular ingredient in sushi and sashimi dishes. Swordfish is typically served with simple seasonings, such as salt, pepper, lemon, and herbs, to enhance its natural flavor.

Swordfish is a good source of protein, vitamin B12, and omega-3 fatty acids, but it is also relatively high in mercury. It is recommended that pregnant women, nursing mothers, and young children limit their consumption of swordfish and other high-mercury fish to avoid potential health risks.
