Ingredients:
- 1 pound Colossal Shrimp, peeled and deveined with tails on
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
