A favorite serving suggestion is to pan fry the fillet, in a separate pan sauté olive oil, asparagus, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, salt, pepper & red chili flakes to taste. Cooking Instructions

Make sure the fish is fully thawed before cooking– Pan-fried Cod (15 min): Simply cover each portion with white flour and flavor with salt and small amounts of pepper. Then fry on the pan with plenty of butter or olive oil. Make sure you don't overcook. — 3-5 minutes on each side on medium heat. Serve with rice or potatoes and steamed broccoli and other vegetables of choice.
