Their unique deep, cold water environment creates a delicate flavor similar to lobster, with a thick shell that makes them best for grilling, sautéing, broiling or frying. NOTE! Despite their red appearance, these shrimp come to you ready to cook so please prepare according to cooking instructions or your favorite raw shrimp recipe.
