SKILLET GRILLED ARGENTINE RED SHRIMP

We love grilling these extraordinary shrimp! A quick grilling, and tossed with our favorite spicy skillet sauce, this is a guaranteed hit every time.  

INGREDIENTS
1lb Argentine Red Shrimp (Head-on or Headless)
1/2 C Butter
4oz Lager or Light Beer
2 tsp Rosemary
1 tsp Thyme
1/2 C Worcestershire sauce
4 Cloves Garlic (minced) 
2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp Cajun Spices
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Defrost shrimp as directed on packaging.  

Combine all ingredients other than shrimp in a cast iron skillet and cook over medium heat until all ingredients are combined. Whisk until sauce boils, reduce heat and simmer until slightly thickened. Set aside.

Turn grill to medium-high heat (approx 450°F). Grill shrimp until opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Combine shrimp and sauce in skillet and continue to heat until sauce completely covers shrimp, stirring frequently.

Serve immediately with crusty bread.
