One of the easiest ways to celebrate our Shrimp is with a traditional scampi recipe. Butter, garlic, and parsley perfectly compliment the exquisite meat in these perfect shrimp. Simple to prepare, this amazing dish never ceases to delight every seafood fan!
1/4 Cup Butter, softened
2 Tsp Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Parsley
1lb Shrimp – thawed, peeled and deveined
Salt & Pepper to taste
Stir together butter, garlic, and parsley in a small bowl until well combined.
Add scampi butter to a large skillet, and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add shrimp and sauté until they just turn pink, 3-4 minutes depending on size. Serve with crusty bread or pasta.
