Swordfish on a grill. No matter the cut, steaks or kabobs, there is nothing better than fresh swordfish grilled over an open flame. This simple recipe uses only a few ingredients, to fully celebrate the exquisite flavor and texture of our fresh swordfish.

1lb Swordfish (steaks or kabobs)
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper

While grill heats to medium-high, pat dry swordfish with paper towels. Brush all sides with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Grill over direct heat for approximately 4-5 minutes per side, until meat is cooked thoroughly.

HOW TO KNOW WHEN YOUR SWORDFISH IS COOKED: Swordfish is cooked completely through when a wooden skewer pushes easily through the thickest part of the fish. If you meet any firmness or resistance, cook for another 1-2 minutes and retest.
