Looking for a simple fish recipe? This great grilling method is perfect for any type of fillet or portion, and cooks up with only three added ingredients!
1/2 Cup Butter
3 Cloves of Garlic, chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste
While grill heats to medium-high, pat dry fillets with paper towels. Melt butter with garlic and cook until fragrant, approximately 4 minutes.
Place fillets on grill over indirect heat (skin side down, if skin-on). Brush with garlic butter mixture and cook for approximately 4-5 minutes per side, until meat is cooked thoroughly.
Also works in the oven!
