SHOW STOPPING ARGENTINE RED SHRIMP RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
2lbs Argentine Red Shrimp
1/2 Cup Dry White Wine
1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter
6 Grated Garlic Cloves
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
2 Lemons
Parsley to Garnish

Preheat oven to 400º 

Bring wine to a simmer in a large, oven-safe skillet over medium high, until liquid is decreased by half. Add butter, garlic, salt & pepper and cook for 1-2 more minutes, allowing mixture to thicken. 

Add shrimp and lemons to pan, tossing until fully coated. Move pan to pre-heated oven and cook for 15-20 minutes until shrimp has a rich pink color and are fully cooked.

Serve immediately with fresh parsley garnish.
