4 oz Smoked Salmon
8oz Cream Cheese (whipped or softened)
1T fresh chopped Chives
1/2 Lemon zest
Dice Salmon. In a medium bowl mix Salmon with cream cheese, chives, and lemon zest. Serve on bagels, toast points, crackers, or as a dip. May be served at room temperature for immediate consumption, or stored in air-tight container in refrigerator for up to three days.
