10oz Cooked Octopus Tentacles
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
1lb Boiled, Sliced, Baby Potatoes (Optional)
Bring a large pot of water to boil with salt, and add thawed octopus for several minutes until hot and tender. Add octopus to a plate and generously drizzle with EVOO, Paprika and Salt.
Serve immediately on its own or over sliced cooked potatoes. Buen provecho!
