One of our favorite ways to celebrate our fresh scallops is with simple ingredients that highlight their buttery flavor and perfect texture. A few minutes on the grill and presto! A perfect, and perfectly healthy seafood meal. Serve with pasta, risotto, or a fresh garden salad.

1 pound Sea Scallops
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 cloves minced garlic
Salt & pepper to taste

Pat scallops dry with a paper towel. Mix olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice and toss with scallops. Allow scallops to rest while pre-heating grill to medium high. Drain marinade from scallops and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 2-3 minutes, turn and grill other side for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until fully cooked.

DID YOU KNOW? For maximum flavor and to minimize grill sticking, seafood should always be kept as cold and dry as possible right before grilling.
