
Not just for Tuesday! Our sure fire fish taco recipe is a snap with our Tacklebox Fish Taco Seasoning. Try with Cod, Mahi, Tilapia, or Shrimp, these quick, easy, and HEALTHY tacos are a quick dinner solution that will please everyone at the table.
INGREDIENTS:
– Fish of choice (we love our cod, mahi, tilapia or shrimp)
– Tacklebox Baja Fish Taco Seasoning
– Olive oil
– 6″ corn or flour tortillas
– Sliced avocado
– Toppings to taste (we love shredded cabbage and cilantro)
– Lime wedges
Preheat oven to 400°. Pat thawed fish dry and rub with taco seasoning. Place fish on a baking sheet with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 400° for 12-15 minutes or until fully cooked.
Heat tortillas according to package directions, and prep toppings.
Once cooked, crumble your fish onto tortillas and add avocado slices, topping, and squeeze of lime.
