
Meaty and tender, three’s nothing better than lightly grilled fresh tuna. This recipe works equally well with most cuts of fresh tuna, from kabobs to steaks.
INGREDIENTS
1lb Tuna Steaks
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Chopped Scallions
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
3/4 Cup Sesame Seeds
Combine soy sauce, scallions, lemon juice, and sesame oil in a large ziploc bag and shake until well-mixed. Add tuna to bag, seal, and marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Place sesame seeds on a plate, and press steaks into seeds one t a time until coated on all sides.
Place tuna on a medium-high grill and cook for about 3 minutes per side, until interior is rare and still pink.
