When you place your Tackle Box order, you’ll get a notification when your order ships with tracking information. Once your order is shipped, it will typically arrive within 1-2 days.
Each Tacklebox ships using thermal liners, gel packs, and dry ice to insure products arrive still frozen. Please note: All or some of the dry ice can evaporate during transport. This is normal and your products should still arrive frozen or slightly tempered.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at contact@hooktodoor.com within 24 hours of receiving your product. We will review all your issues and may issue refunds, replacements, or credits for future purchases. Please be sure to provide photos of the products in question so we can properly review the issue and make sure it does not happen again!
Because of the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returned orders.
Our packers pull and ship product the same day whenever possible, so if you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us at contact@hooktodoor.com as soon as possible! Please note, we will not always be able to cancel your order if it has already been packed.
